Please include your name and order number if it concerns an item you purchased from us.
SHIPPING:
We try to send all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. If there is a sale, it could be longer due to the volume of orders.
We are not responsible for lost packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered, we will not send another one if you say it was not received.
If your order was returned back to us due to a bad address, we will re-ship your order once after confirming a new address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship worldwide; if your country is not listed, please e-mail us at chance@abcstrong.com and we can add it.
Once a package leaves the U.S.A., we cannot track or estimate a delivery date.
Since we cannot track packages outside of the U.S.A., we will not re-ship items or refund an order if for any reason the package does not reach its final destination.
Please be aware that some international orders have taken a month or more to reach their final destination.
EXCHANGES:
Items must be in original packaging, unused and in brand new condition for the exchange to be accepted.
If you send us an item that shows any wear, chalk, etc we will not send an exchange.
Items may be exchanged within one week of customer receiving shipment.
$8 re-stocking/re-shipping fee will apply to all exchanges.

RETURN POLICY:
You may return unused, in brand new condition items within one week of customer receiving shipment, for a full refund.
If you send us an item that shows any wear, chalk, etc we will not refund you.
The refund will not include any shipping charges.
There are NO RETURNS or Exchanges on any sale items (as is).
(So if you got 10% off, free shipping etc; there will be no returns)

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:
All pre-order items along with anything else in the same order, will be shipped at the same time. If you would like your items shipped sooner, please place a separate order for the non pre-order items.
